Renovation Schedule prior to opening The Firefly Tavern

The Abandoned Lodge came with parts of a heating system that do not function and need to be completely removed.

We're adding a Wood Burning Furnace, Real ducting system, and a wood burning stove.

We're adding a full Garage and workshop to the Lodge. 

We're connecting a walkway from the Lodge to a Workshop/Garage; 

with carports on either side

We want to have stables availible for people to bring their horses;

and have a small barn for storage of feed for animals

People will be able to hoseback ride on the property. No ATVs will be allowed.

Lighting will be solar powered and will not be reliable for safety. It will be for lighting points of interrest only.

Canoes will be availible, and people can bring their own shallow water boats.

We'll be using all the stumps and lumber for other projects

Lights will be on Solar Power, and turned on or off as needed

The Tower will be for Drone Flights, and as a great platform to look out over the property

Guests can fly in and store their aircraft.
